You can forget all of Fleshlight / Kiiroo penis masturbator, or all that are inside an ABS case.
You may try some small/medium sleeve like the one from TheHandy but it can still be too tight.
I can think of one but it's not really a masturbator even if you can use it like this.

Doc Johnson makes two that are bigger than the norm. One is called balls deep. It's a clear stroker that is 9 inches long, the inside is filled with some pretty aggressive ribs. The entrance hole is on the small size but you can cut that some to open it up. It is close ended. Can be on the noisy side but your going to have that when your extra big. The second is called noches Latinas deep penetration pocket pussy in the large model. It's only 7.5 inches long but it stretches considerably after a few uses.
